Disney-MGM Studios. Complimentary Disney transportation is available to all Theme Parks and entertainment venues.

What's Included:

• Three nights accommodations at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort for
  the evenings of Sunday, August 22 and Monday, August 23, 2004 plus one extra night if desired. (Additional nights at Disney's Yacht & Beach
  Club Resort - besides the three nights covered by Accenture - will be at
  your own expense and are $155.00 plus 11.5% tax per night).
• Airfare for Accenture employees
• Taxi transfers to the Resort upon arrival. The cost of a one way taxi to the resort is approximately $42.00 plus tip. Please use charge code
  631M60.
• Airport transfers on Tuesday, August 24 following the meeting.
• All Gratuities (i.e., gratuities for maid service and baggage handling).
• Round trip airfare from home cities to Orlando.
• Welcome Reception on Sunday, August 22, 2004. Spouses or significant
  others are invited to attend the Reception.
• Dinner Event on Monday, August 23, 2004. Spouses or significant othersare invited to attend the Dinner Event.
• All group meals during the meeting on Monday, August 23 and Tuesday, August 24, 2004.
• Note: Please plan to arrange for a babysitter for Sunday and Monday
  evening if needed as the events are planned for adults only. Disney's

Attire:

The suggested attire at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort and
for the evening events is casual resort wear. Business casual attire is
the required dress for the meetings.

Temperatures in Orlando in August will range from the mid 90s during the day and drop down to the mid 70’s in the evening.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Throughout the program, Accenture travel staff will be on hand to assist you at the Accenture Registration Desk with any questions that you might have. The Accenture Registration Desk will be located in the Convention Center in the Asbury Rotunda at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort.

When you arrive at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort, please check in at the front desk to receive your room key. After you have checked into your room, please stop by the Accenture Registration Desk.

The Accenture travel staff will be available throughout your stay to assist you with any questions and will keep you informed of any last minute changes in daily events.

Check-Out: Everyone must go through the hotel's formal check-out procedure and clear their incidental account, even if no additional charges have been incurred. Although official check-out time is noon, please check out early to avoid long lines, or use the hotel's video checkout service.

Early check-in/late check-out can be requested and is subject to hotel availability. Please inquire at the front desk upon arrival at the hotel.
