Q: How long will my project take?

Tough question! All graphics projects are going to vary in length. Each project is different with different parameters. Part of the Digi process is to communicate with you about project milestones and delivery once all information about the project is gathered in the Discovery Phase.

Q: How much will my project cost?

Again, each project is different and depends on the size of the project. We will give you a detailed quote before any work begins so there will be no hidden costs at the end of the project.

Q: Is printing included in the DigiJones fee?

Printing is not included in our fees. However, part of the price quote will include estimated printing fees from one of our designated print houses.

Q: Will I own the project when it is completed?

YES! If you would like a final copy of your project to keep for your records, we will supply you with one on CD.
